One stays as a PG only because his or her family and abode is far away in another city, and he she has come here to work or to pursue higher education, and is generally at the beginning of ones’ career. One has to stay alone in this city, but lone accommodations are beyond the pockets of a common man today, and again there are hassles of furnishing it properly, getting at least a few appliances for daily use etc., staying all alone is also very difficult as one needs some sorts of company when free, at least somebody to talk to face to face and enjoy some moments, and therefore one has to seek shared accommodation. But being used to home till now, one seeks a home away from home, which we strive to provide.

The People :
   Maheshwaris' PG started since the year 1951 by late G. D. Maheshwari, the pioneer of PG accommodations in India. However, the same was later stopped by him in the year 1973. Later it was started by his kins, and the primary force behind the running and day to day management of the present day Maheshwaris’ PG is by Mrs. Sanjeevani Maheshwari, his daughter-in-law and a social minded networked individual, a lawyer by profession, a love for youth in her heart, mentoring the youth is her speciality. She continues the highest traditions of the transparency of her legacy business, and is ably assisted by her partners and associates including Mrs. Bency Babu and Ms. Chitralekha Maheshwari amongst a huge line up of several others at all levels.
